Steven Butler, PE

Steven Butler has over ten years of civil engineering experience, with emphasis in structural design. He has evaluated and developed superstructure and sub-structure plans for a variety of bridges within the states of Ohio and West Virginia. His experience extends to all phases of civil engineering projects, including preliminary studies and reports, site surveys and investigations, specifications, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates. Steven’s work includes bridge design, inspection, replacement, rehabilitation and review projects, where his deliverables include the design of superstructures, substructures, and miscellaneous details along with site layout and minor roadway items.
